The 2D/3D or 2D/quasi-2D composite mixed-dimensional construction of hybrid perovskite interfaces is gaining increasing attention due to their enhanced stability toward degradation without compromising the corresponding solar cell efficiency. Much of this ...

Context. Imaging in radio interferometry requires solving an ill-posed noisy inverse problem, for which the most adopted algorithm is the original CLEAN algorithm and its variants. Alternative explicit optimization methods have gained increasing attention, ...

Cesium-formamidinium lead iodide (CsxFA1-xPbI3) perovskites are a promising methylammonium-free alternative for efficient single-junction solar cells. However, they have not been fully explored by vapor-phase deposition techniques. Herein, a template-assis ...

Driving continuous, low-power artificial intelligence (AI) in the Internet of Things (IoT) requires reliable energy harvesting and storage under indoor or low-light conditions, where batteries face constraints such as finite lifetimes and increased environ ...

Mixed Sn-Pb perovskites are attracting significant attention due to their narrow bandgap and consequent potential for all-perovskite tandem solar cells. However, the conventional hole transport materials can lead to band misalignment or induce degradation ...

The rapid crystallization of mixed tin‐lead (Sn‐Pb) perovskites and their dependence on antisolvent processes limit the development of large‐area Sn‐Pb perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Vacuum‐flash‐assisted solution processing (VASP) has emerged as a promisi ...

Measurements are presented of inclusive and differential cross sections for Z boson associated production of top quark pairs (t (t) over barZ) and single top quarks (tZq or tWZ). The data were recorded in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy ...

Polycrystalline perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) have shown great promise with high efficiency and easy processability. However, PeLEDs using single-cation polycrystalline perovskite emitters have demonstrated low efficiency due to defects within ...

Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) offer an attractive solution to increase the efficiency of PV panels via perovskite/silicon tandems thanks to their potential cost-effectiveness and high efficiency. In inverted PSC architecture (p-i-n), commonly used hole con ...

Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have garnered significant attention within the photovoltaic research community due to their remarkable progress in just one decade. Among the device configurations, the p-i-n structured PSC offers several advantages, including ...

This thesis uses femtosecond laser spectroscopy in studying strong correlation in condensed matters that are pertinent to future technology: a wide bandgap perovskite and a quantum material, with the employment of ultrafast time-resolved spectroscopy in th ...

This repository contains microphysics routines, scripts, and processed data from the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model simulations presented in the paper "RaFSIP: Parameterizing ice multiplication in models using a machine learning approach", by ...

Impedance estimation is an important tool for grid- converter interaction evaluation. Using existing grid-connected converters for perturbation injection enables grid impedance estimation during operation without additional hardware (namely dedicated pertu ...

Graph neural networks (GNNs) have demonstrated promising performance across various chemistry-related tasks. However, conventional graphs only model the pairwise connectivity in molecules, failing to adequately represent higher order connections, such as m ...

In this work, we provide a mechanistic understanding of the degradation of perovskite solar cells in operation by focusing on methylammonium lead triiodide (CH3NH3PbI3 or MAPbI3) and tracking the evolution of electronic defects via photo-induced current tr ...

Accurate forecasting of photovoltaic (PV) power production is crucial for the integration of more renewable energy sources into the power grid. PV power production is highly intermittent, due to the stochastic cloud behaviour and cloud dynamics. Previous w ...

Solar photovoltaics (PV) is one of the most competitive renewable energy technologies in order to meet the increasing global energy demand and decrease CO2 emissions by competing effectively with fossil fuels. One of the important applications of PV energy ...

Operators from various industries have been pushing the adoption of wireless sensing nodes for industrial monitoring, and such efforts have produced sizeable condition monitoring datasets that can be used to build diagnosis algorithms capable of warning ma ...

The recent geopolitical conflicts in Europe have underscored the vulnerability of the current energy system to the volatility of energy carrier prices. In the prospect of defining robust energy systems ensuring sustainable energy supply in the future, the ...
