The rapid expansion of low-Earth-orbit (LEO) satellite constellations for global communications has introduced a growing source of radio-frequency interference (RFI) for radio astronomy. As satellite-induced RFI increasingly affects observations, effective mitigation requires characterization of satellite emission spectra. We present RFI Matcher, an open-source software tool designed to support satellite spectral estimation by systematically associating radio astronomy observations with satellite overflight information. By retrieving metadata from public observatory archives along with satellite orbit data, the tool identifies satellites crossing an observation's field of view within the relevant frequency range using the Satellite Orbit Prediction Processor (SOPP) software. For each candidate satellite, RFI Matcher computes the time and sky position of closest approach to the observation target, producing a structured dataset suitable for downstream spectral analysis. We describe the software architecture and pipeline and present representative results from MeerKAT observations, demonstrating the prevalence of satellite crossings and the utility of the tool for selecting observations affected by potential satellite interference. RFI Matcher provides a foundation for reconstructing satellite spectral signatures from archival data and supports the development of an open, extensible Radio Satellite Constellation Observation Repository (SCORE) database of satellite emission characteristics to enable improved long-term coexistence between radio astronomy and satellites.
