Additional topics are cancer metabolism, cancer stem cells and metastasis. Practical - Huelsken Lab BIO-667 Assessment of signaling mechanisms in cancer. The objectives of the course are:- to understand the importance of signaling and cell-cell interactions in cancer stroma interactions- to learn techniques involved in assessing the function of such interactions in vitro and in vivo.
