Son but est uniquement de collecter et de recommander des références pertinentes à des contenus que vous pouvez explorer pour vous aider à répondre à vos questions.

We present an automatic framework to extract color palettes from words. This is a novel approach in comparison to existing solutions, e.g. manual creation or extraction from images. The associations between words and colors are deduced from a large databas ...

In this paper we introduce a unified framework that automatically selects the optimal color rendering intent for a given print job. We first present how we extract information from both the image features and the semantic information contained in keywords ...

We disclose a method for synthesizing by computer an artwork where 2D and 3D contents are integrated within a same composition. Such an artwork creates plausible effects for the viewers by showing a different relationship between 2D and 3D at each viewing ...

In this paper we consider the problem of clipped-pixel recovery over an entire badly exposed image region, using two correctly exposed images of the scene that may be captured under different conditions. The first reference image is used to recover texture ...

Removing reflection artefacts from a single image is a problem of both theoretical and practical interest, which still presents challenges because of the massively ill-posed nature of the problem. In this paper, we propose a technique based on a novel opti ...

We analyze behavior patterns and photographic habits of the Nokia Mobile Data Challenge (NMDC) participants using GPS and timestamp data. We show that these patterns and habits can be used to estimate image appeal ratings of geotagged Flickr images. In ord ...

We propose a novel algorithm for automatic text line extraction on color and grayscale manuscript pages without prior binarization. Our algorithm is based on seam carving to compute separating seams between text lines. Seam carving is likely to produce ...

Text detection and recognition in natural images are popular yet unsolved problems in computer vision. In this paper, we propose a technique that attempts to detect and recognize text in a unified manner by searching for words directly without reducing the ...

Aerial videos taken by a drone not too far above the surface may contain the drone's shadow projected on the scene. This deteriorates the aesthetic quality of videos. With the presence of other shadows, shadow removal cannot be directly applied, and the sh ...
