As a dedicated researcher and lecturer in sustainable energy policy and planning, specializing in energy system modeling, optimization, and decision support for the energy transition, I focus on bridging research, industry, government, and society by developing strategies that balance ecological, social, and economic dimensions of energy transitions. I have and am contributing to major international projects such as the EnergyScope Community, Net Zero Valais, and am actively engaged in coordinating large research consortia, including collaborations with Polytechnique Montréal, Hydro Québec, and Swiss energy institutions. My expertise combines system optimization, infrastructure assessment, and sustainability evaluation with a life-cycle perspective.Curriculum vitae Coordination of the EnergyScope Community (50+ researchers and practitioners).Development of digital twins for cities within the Blue City project.Awarded the Zanelli Prize for outstanding contribution to sustainable development (2020).
