Results are presented from a search for CP violation in top quark pair production, using proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13TeV. The data used for this analysis consist of final states with two charged leptons collected by the CMS exp ...

A search for the rare eta -> mu(+)mu(-)mu(+)mu(-) double-Dalitz decay is performed using a sample of proton-proton collisions, collected by the CMS experiment at the CERN LHC with high-rate muon triggers during 2017 and 2018 and corresponding to an integra ...

This thesis presents a measurement of charm mixing and CP-violation parameters using D0 -> K0S pi+ pi- decays. These mixing parameters include the mass and decay-width differences of the mass eigenstates of the D0-D0bar system. A search for Charge-Parity v ...

We present measurements of the branching fractions for the decays B -> K mu(+)mu(-) and B -> Ke(+)e(-), and their ratio (R-K), using a data sample of 711 fb(-1) that contains 772 x 10(6) B (B) over bar events. The data were collected at the Gamma(4S) reson ...

The experimental results on the ratios of branching fractions R(D) = B((B) over bar -> D tau(-)(nu) over bar (tau))/B((B) over bar -> Dl(-)(nu) over bar (e)) and R(D*) = B((B) over bar -> Dtau(-)(nu) over bar (tau))/B((B) over bar -> Dtau(-)(nu) over bar ...

We present the results of the first Dalitz plot analysis of the decay D-0 -> K-pi(+)eta. The analysis is performed on a data set corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 953 fb(-1) collected by the Belle detector at the asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) KEKB ...

We study charmless hadronic decays of charged B mesons to the final states (KSKSK +/-)-K-0-K-0 and (KSKS0)-K-0 pi(+/-) using a 711 fb(-1) data sample that contains 772 x 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs and was collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Bel ...

The first amplitude analysis of the B-+/- -> pi(K+K-)-K-+/- decay is reported based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1) of pp collisions recorded in 2011 and 2012 with the LHCb detector. The data are found to be best de ...

The branching fractions of the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decays D+ ! K, D+ ! and D+ s ! are measured using the decays D+ ! K and D+ s ! K as normalisation channels. The measurements are performed using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb d ...

We report the study of B+ -> p (Lambda) over barK(+)K(-) and B+ -> (p) over barK(+)K(+) decays using a 772 x 10(6) B (B) over bar pair data sample recorded on the gamma(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at KEKB. The following branching fractions are me ...

Using the data sample of 711 fb(-1) of Upsilon(4S) on-resonance data taken by the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy electron-positron collider, we present the first measurements of branching fractions of the decays B- -> (Lambda) over bar (-)(c) ...

We report the results of a search for the B -> Y(4260)K, Y(4260) -> J/psi pi(+)pi thorn p-decays. This study is based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 711 fb(-1), collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector a ...

We report measurements of isospin asymmetry Delta(0-) and difference of direct CP asymmetries Delta A(CP) between charged and neutral B -> X-s gamma decays. This analysis is based on the data sample containing 772 x 10(6)B (B) over bar pairs that was colle ...

We present the first measurements of absolute branching fractions of Xi(0)(c) decays into Xi(-)pi(+), Lambda K-pi(+), and pK(-)K(-)pi(+) final states. The measurements are made using a dataset comprising (772 +/- 11) x 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs collected ...

A measurement of the charm-mixing parameter Y-CP using D-0 -> K+K-, D-0 -> pi(+)pi(-), and D-0 -> K-pi(+)decays is reported. The D-0 mesons are required to originate from semimuonic decays of B- and (B) over bar (0)mesons. These decays are partially recons ...

We report a measurement of the branching fraction and final-state asymmetry for the (B) over bar -> (KSK -/+)-K-0 pi(+/-) decays. The analysis is based on a data sample of 711 fb(-1) collected at the gamma(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB ...

We present first evidence that the cosine of the CP-violating weak phase 2 beta is positive, and hence exclude trigonometric multifold solutions of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) Unitarity Triangle using a time-dependent Dalitz plot analysis of B-0 -> ...

We report the results of a search for the rare, purely leptonic decay B- -> mu(-)(nu) over bar (mu) performed with a 711 fb(-1) data sample that contains 772 x 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs, collected near the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at ...

We report measurements of the branching fractions of the decays Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma(+)pi(-)pi(+), Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma(0)pi(+)pi(0) and Lambda(+)(c) -> Sigma(+)pi(0)pi(0) relative to the reference channel Lambda(+)(c) -> pK(-)p(+). The analysis is based ...

A binned Dalitz plot analysis of B-+/- -> DK +/- decays, with D -> K-S(0)pi(+)pi(-) and D -> (KSK+K-)-K-0, is used to perform a measurement of the CP-violating observables x(+/-) and y(+/-), which are sensitive to the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa angle gamma. ...
