In this seminar, Julia Bory, lead of Innovation at E4S, a joint venture of the University of Lausanne, IMD and EPFL, presented about posibilities to accelerate the energy transition through innovative business models. Servitization could be a way of transforming the way businesses access and manage essential infrastructure, shifting from asset ownership to product-as-a-service models. By eliminating upfront capital expenditures and providing hassle-free solutions, servitization accelerates the adoption of clean and efficient technologies, benefiting both businesses and the environment.
