Hybrid vapor deposition is one of the most appealing processes for perovskite photovoltaics fabrication, thanks to its versatile nature. By using sequentially different vapor deposition processes tailored to the inorganic and organic perovskite precursors' ...

Methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI(3)) perovskite solar cells were made using an all-vapor process, including two-step close space vapor transport-processed MAPbI(3) absorber and evaporated copper phthalocyanine (CuPC) hole transport layer (HTL). N-i-p sola ...

While the development of methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI(3)) perovskite for photovoltaics has grown rapidly, the growth of high-quality material from vapor processes continues to be difficult due to challenges including crystallinity control. Methylamine ...

To optimize material stability, automated high-throughput workflows are of increasing interest. However, many of those workflows either employ synthesis techniques not suitable for large-area depositions or are carried out in ambient conditions, which limi ...

The technique of alloying FA+ with Cs+ is often used to promote structural stabilization of the desirable alpha-FAPbI3 phase in halide perovskite devices. However, the precise mechanisms by which these alloying approaches improve the optoelectronic quality ...

Vapor phase deposition of formamidinium-rich perovskites is hampered by the decomposition of formamidine in the vapor phase. We use the reversibility of this reaction to establish a dynamic equilibrium that enables the vapor-phase synthesis of formamidiniu ...
