The resonant structure of the radiative decay Λb0→pK−γ in the region of proton-kaon invariant-mass up to 2.5 GeV/c2 is studied using proton-proton collision data recorded at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV collected with the LHCb detector, corr ...

A method is presented to reconstruct charged particles with lifetimes between 10ps and 10ns, which considers a combination of their decay products and the partial tracks created by the initial charged particle. Using the Ξ- baryon as a benchmark, the metho ...

A measurement of CP-violating observables associated with the interference of B0→ D0K⋆(892)0 and B0→D¯0K⋆8920 decay amplitudes is performed in the D0→ K∓π±(π+π−), D0→ π+π−(π+π−), and D0→ K+K− final states using data collected by the LHCb experiment corresp ...

Abstract: The radiative decays χc1(3872) → ψ(2S) γ and χc1(3872) → J/ψγ are used to probe the nature of the χc1(3872) state using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb−1. Using the ...

An angular analysis of the Bs0→ ϕe+e− decay is performed using the proton-proton collision dataset collected between 2011 and 2018 by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb−1 at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13 TeV. Th ...

A study of Λb0 and Ξb0 decays to Λh+h′- (h(′)=π,K) is performed using pp collision data collected by the LHCb experiment during LHC Runs 1-2, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb-1. The branching fractions for these decays are measured using t ...

The rare electromagnetic J/psi -> mu(+)mu(-)mu(+)mu(-) decay is observed with a significance greatly exceeding the discovery threshold, using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment during 2016-2018 at a center-of-mass energy of 13 Te ...

The CP asymmetry and branching fraction of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa-suppressed decay B+→J/ψπ+ are precisely measured relative to the favored decay B+→J/ψK+ using a sample of proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 ...

An amplitude analysis of the B-0 -> K*(0) mu(+)mu(-) decay is presented using a dataset corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.7 fb(-1) of pp collision data collected with the LHCb experiment. For the first time, the coefficients associated to shor ...

The first search for nonresonant Bc+→π+μ+μ- decays is reported. The analysis uses proton–proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector between 2011 and 2018, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9fb-1. No evidence for an excess of signal e ...

The longitudinal polarization fraction of the D* meson is measured in B0→D*-τ+ντ decays, where the τ lepton decays to three charged pions and a neutrino, using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8 ...
