Born in Gallipoli (Lecce), Italy, in 1994.
He got a B.Sc. (2015) with honor in Industrial Engineering, a M.Sc. (2017) with honor in Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology at Università del Salento in Lecce (Italy), and a PhD (2021) with honor in Materials and Structures Engineering and Nanotechnology at Università del Salento and Italian Institute of Technology (IIT-CBN). He worked in the field of multi-layer devices as transducers and nanogenerators for energy harvesting and biosensing, based on piezoelectric and triboelectric materials. His interests regards: materials, microfabrication, flexible micro-electro-mechanical systems, thin-films and coatings, energy, bioelectronics, nanomedicine.
