The SHiP experiment is designed to search for very weakly interacting particles beyond the Standard Model which are produced in a 400 GeV/c proton beam dump at the CERN SPS. An essential task for the experiment is to keep the Standard Model background leve ...

The Xi K-+(c)- mass spectrum is studied with a sample of pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.3 fb(-1), collected by the LHCb experiment. The Xi(+)(c) is reconstructed in the decay mode pK(-)pi(vertical bar) . Five new, narrow e ...

During 2022/2023 the optimal inefficiency of the Veto system of the SND@LHC detector was measured to be (7.8 ± 2.8) × 10−8. To reduce this inefficiency, a third Veto plane was installed during the 2023-2024 Year End Technical Stop. In addition, the Veto sy ...

The decay (B) over bar (0)(s) (->) J/psi K+K- is investigated using 0:16 fb(-)1 of data collected with the LHCb detector using 7 TeV pp collisions. Although the J/00 psi phi channel is well known, final states at higher K+K- masses have not previously been ...

A search for CP violation in the decay Lambda(0)(b) -> pK(-)mu(+)mu(-) is presented. This decay is mediated by flavour-changing neutral-current transitions in the Standard Model and is potentially sensitive to new sources of CP violation. The study is base ...

The e+e-→e+e-hadrons reaction, where one of the two electrons is detected in a low polar-angle calorimeter, is analysed in order to measure the hadronic photon structure function F2 γ. The full high-energy and high-luminosity data set, collected with the L ...

The report covers the progress of the SHiP collaboration and the HI-ECN3 Project Team since the start of the TDR phase mid-2024.

A key ingredient to searches for physics beyond the Standard Model in B-s(0) mixing phenomena is the measurement of the B-s(0)-(B) over bar (0)(s) oscillation frequency, which is equivalent to the mass difference Delta m(s) of the B-s(0) mass eigenstates. ...

The (B) over bar (0)-B-0 and (B) over bar (0)(s)-B-s(0) production asymmetries, A(P)(B-0) and A(P)(B-s(0)), are measured by means of a time-dependent analysis of B-0 -> J/Psi K-*0, B-0 -> D-pi(+) and B-s(0) -> D-s(-)pi(+) decays, using a data sample corres ...

A search for the fully reconstructed Bs0→ μ+μ−γ decay is performed at the LHCb experiment using proton-proton collisions at s = 13 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb−1. No significant signal is found and upper limits on the branching f ...

We have studied Bs0→Ds-π+ and Bs0→Ds K± decays using 23.6fb-1 of data collected at the Υ(5S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB e+e- collider. This highly pure Bs0→Ds-π+ sample is used to measure the branching fraction, B(Bs0→Ds-π+)=[3.67-0.33+0 ...

Using a 492fb-1 data sample collected near the Υ(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e- collider, we observe the decay B0→pp̄K*0 with a branching fraction of (1.18-0.25+0.29(stat)±0.11(syst))×10-6. We study the decay dynam ...
