In this paper, we propose a strategy for fusing clustering maps obtained with different remote sensing sources. Dempster- Shafer (DS) Theory is a powerful fusion method that allows to combine classifications from different sources and handles ignorance, im ...

This paper considers the problem of reconstructing raw signals from random projections in the context of time-of-flight imaging with an array of sensors. It presents a new signal model, coined as multi-channel pulse-stream model, which exploits pulse-strea ...

Traditional speech recognition systems use Gaussian mixture models to obtain the likelihoods of individual phonemes, which are then used as state emission probabilities in hidden Markov models representing the words. In hybrid systems, the Gaussian mixture ...

In right-handed subjects, language processing relies predominantly on left hemisphere networks, more so in men than in women, and in right- versus left-handers. Using DT-MRI tractography, we have shown that right-handed men are massively interconnected bet ...

We discuss a novel sparsity prior for compressive imaging in the context of the theory of compressed sensing with coherent redundant dictionaries, based on the observation that natural images exhibit strong average sparsity over multiple coherent frames. W ...

The present invention proposes a method for detecting anomalous or out-of-distribution images in a machine learning system (1) comprising a pre-training network with a first encoder, and an anomaly detection network with a second encoder. The system is fir ...

We consider the problem of multiple correlated sparse signals reconstruction and propose a new implementation of structured sparsity through a reweighting scheme. We present a particular application for diffusion Magnetic Resonance Imaging data and show ho ...

In this paper we will present a new coherence estimation technique for SAR interferometry products that adapts the estimation window size and shape during processing. This is of particular interest for sensors with medium spatial resolution, like the ASAR ...

Ultrasound image reconstruction from the echoes received by an ultrasound probe after the transmission of diverging waves is an active area of research because of its capacity to insonify at ultra-high frame rate with large regions of interest using small ...

We present a segmentation method for fetal brain tissues of T2w MR images, based on the well known Expectation Maximization Markov Random Field (EM- MRF) scheme. Our main contribution is an intensity model composed of 7 Gaussian distribution designed to de ...
