It currently flies the Airbus Voyager KC2/KC3 in the transport/tanker role from RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire. No. 10 Squadron of the Royal Flying Corps was formed from a nucleus provided by No. 1 Reserve Aircraft Squadron on 1 January 1915 at Farnborough Airfield, Hampshire.

No. 10 Flying Training School RAFNo. 10 Flying Training School (10 FTS) is a former Royal Air Force flying training school that operated between 1936 and 1954. 1 Jan 1936 - 1 Nov 1940 Formed at RAF Ternhill and redesignated as 10 Service Flying Training School on 3 September 1939 (just after the outbreak of the Second World War). It was disbanded at Ternhill and transferred to Canada to become 32 Service Flying Training School. 15 Jan 1952 - 14 Apr 1954 Reformed at RAF Pershore as 10 (Advanced) Flying Training School.
No. 10 Group RAFNo. 10 Group RAF was a former operations group of the Royal Air Force which participated in the Second World War. It was formed on 1 April 1918 in No. 2 Area. On 8 May of the next year it was transferred to South-Western Area. In 1919 it was transferred to Coastal Area where it remained until it was disbanded on 18 January 1932. The group was re-formed on 1 June 1940 within Fighter Command to enable neighbouring No. 11 Group to function more efficiently. Its area of operation was the south-western region of England.

Ken GoodmanKenneth Goodman (December 23, 1927 - March 12, 2020) was Professor Emeritus, Language Reading and Culture, at the University of Arizona. He is best known for developing the theory underlying the literacy philosophy of whole language. Goodman began teaching at Wayne State University in 1962. His research focused on reading in public schools. While at Wayne State University, Goodman developed miscue analysis, a process of assessing students' reading comprehension based on samples of oral reading.
