Photothermal flash light doping of strontium titanate photocatalyst nanoparticles

Abstract

The surface doping of SrTiO 3 nanoparticles with Rh and La is realized within 10 s by photothermal flash light annealing (FLA). In photocatalytic performance tests, samples doped by FLA outperform various reference samples doped by thermal annealing.
