Each subfolder includes a README file to facilitate the reproduction of the results.

• Study_1 contains the data, scripts and notebooks for all results in Figure 2,3 and 4 (E. coli central carbon metabolism)- Study_2 contains the data, scripts and notebooks for all results in Figure 5 (E. coli anaerobic metabolism)- Input contains all the kinetic model structures, thermodynamic data and steady states for the 2 models analysed in this study.
