Insight extraction from voice conversations

Abstract

A computer-implemented insight extraction method, a data processing device and a system are proposed. The method provides a technical solution for proactive extraction of insights from human-to-human voice conversations on mobile and edge devices while preserving full privacy for the end user thanks to edge artificial intelligence technology. According to the method, users' data is processed directly on-device without the need for a connection to external, cloud-based services. An artificial Intelligence model based on compressed and optimised deep learning algorithm captures and interprets relevant information from the user data and uses this to trigger actions or build customisable reports.
