Memristors with time-dependent conductance evolution offer a compact platform for emulating neuronal behavior. In this letter, we experimentally demonstrate that a silicon nanowire (SiNW)-based volatile memristor exhibits logistic conductance modulation under electrical input. This behavior can be effectively modeled using a quasi-linear differential equation. The nonlinear response can potentially be mapped to neural activation functions and tuned via state-space control, enabling compact neuron functionality in neuromorphic systems.
