We present recent developments in quantum ghost imaging (QGI) that advance the technique. Previously, QGI was principally a demonstration of an imaging technique that utilized entangled photons. We expand on the method to perform bioimaging of undisturbed plant samples. Under the imaging conditions, plants experience less light than they would under starlight, leaving the plant unaware of the imaging. We will describe the technical considerations for implementing high-quality QGI using SPAD array detectors and photocathode detectors. In addition, we will report on new imaging modalities within QGI: simultaneous transmission and reflection infrared imaging.
