Characterization of piezoelectric accelerometer

Abstract

The intent of this semester project was to perform measurements, do a characterization of the piezoelectric MEMS accelerometer. The device is based on a circular suspended membrane comprised of an AlN layer sandwiched between two Pt layers for electrical contact.
