Abstract

Provided herein are heterodimeric proteins comprising a T cell receptor (TCR) and a dimerization motif. Also provided are immune cells expressing such heterodimeric proteins and the use of such heterodimeric protein and immune cells in adoptive cell transfer or adoptive cell therapy.
