Abstract

During the production stage both the original and revised sentences were wrongly retained in the document above equation (4.20), leading to a duplication. The correct sentence is: The same Λ also governs the two-point function of the displacement operator on the circle, where it takes the more standard form The originally published wrong file has been replaced online.
