Abstract

[Ag(P4)2][Al((F3C)CO2)4], with the tetrahedral P4 mol. as ligand, was prepd. and its crystal structure and Raman spectra detd. The Ag coordination is nearly planar and the calcd. mol. orbitals of the cation indicate the electronic basis for this geometry. [on SciFinder (R)]
