This paper proposes a novel 180 nm CMOS implementation of a device for a direct prostate cancer risk computation based on the simultaneous measurement and analysis of Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) and its membrane isoform (PSMA) using in-memory sensing and computing. A comprehensive performance evaluation was performed by considering a stimulation period of 1 s, including post-layout extraction (PEX) simulations and process corner variations. The circuit was tested with the antigen concentrations of up to 10 fM, confirming its suitability for real-time diagnostics and precise biosensing.
