A novel technique is proposed for the simultaneous measurement of all three components of displacement from a single recording of the interference field in digital holographic interferometry. The interference field is divided into a number of rectangular s ...

A novel technique is proposed for the direct two-dimensional phase derivatives estimation based on the matrix pencil approach in digital holographic interferometry. The interference field is represented as a two-dimensional complex sinusoidal signal in an ...

We propose a new method for signal separation from a multicomponent interference field recorded in a digital holographic interferometry setup. The setup consisting of multiple object illuminating beams results in an interference field containing multiple s ...

We report a technique for direct phase derivative estimation from a single recording of a complex interferogram. In this technique, the interference field is represented as an autoregressive model with spatially varying coefficients. Estimates of these coe ...

A computationally efficient technique for fringe analysis in digital holographic interferometry using a difference equation representation of the interference field is presented. The spatially varying coefficient of the difference equation is estimated acc ...

We study a variant of the interpolation problem where the continuously defined solution is regularized by minimizing the L p -norm of its second-order derivative. For this continuous-domain problem, we propose an exact discretization scheme that restricts ...

A new method is proposed for the direct phase derivative estimation from a single spatial frequency modulated carrier fringe pattern in holographic interferometry. The fringe intensity in a given row/column is modeled as a difference equation of intensity ...

We focus on the generalized-interpolation problem. There, one reconstructs continuous-domain signals that honor discrete data constraints. This problem is infinite-dimensional and ill-posed. We make it well-posed by imposing that the solution balances data ...

Binary dielectric metasurfaces are arrays of sub-wavelength structures that act as a thin layer of artificial material. They are generally lossless and relatively simple to fabricate since only a single structuring step is required. By carefully designing ...

Curvilinear guiding-centre drift and full-orbit equations of motion are presented as implemented in the code{VENUS-LEVIS} code. A dedicated interpolation scheme based on Fourier reconstruction in the toroidal and poloidal direction and cubic spline in the ...
