Basic image analysis tools will be introduced to determine cellular and tissue properties. Practical - Gallini Lab BIO-628 This course explores how stem cell fate and behaviors are regulated in the skin epithelium during homeostasis, injury, and tumorigenesis. Students gain knowledge of skin biology and experience with ex vivo approaches to study cell behaviors required to maintain or restore barrier function.
