A search for hidden-charm pentaquark states decaying to a range of ςcD¯ and Λc+D¯ final states, as well as doubly charmed pentaquark states to ςcD and Λc+D, is made using samples of proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of ...

The cross-section of associated J/ψ-ψ(2S) production in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of (Formula presented.) TeV is measured using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.2 fb−1, collected by the LHCb experiment. ...

This paper reports the observation of the decays B(s)(0) → D(s1)(2536)∓K± using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb(-1). The branching fractions of these decays are measured relat ...

The Υ(2S) and Υ(3S) production cross-sections are measured relative to that of the Υ(1S) meson, as a function of charged-particle multiplicity in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The measurement uses data collected by the LHCb ...

A study of B-c(+) -> chi(c) pi(+) decays is reported using proton-proton collision data, collected with the LHCb detector at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb(-1). The decay B-c(+) -> chi(c2)pi(+) ...

This paper presents the first measurement of ψ(2S) and χc1(3872) meson production within fully reconstructed jets. Each quarkonium state (tag) is reconstructed via its decay to the J/ψ(→μ+μ−)π+π− final state in the forward region using proton-proton collis ...

The Λb0 → D+D−Λ decay is observed for the first time using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.3 fb−1. Using the B0 → D+D−KS0 decay as a referenc ...

The first observation of the Σ^{+}→pμ^{+}μ^{-} decay is reported with high significance using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb^{-1}, collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. A y ...

The production of prompt Ds+ and D+ mesons is measured by the LHCb experiment in proton-lead (pPb) collisions in both the forward (1.5

A measurement of the transverse polarization of the Λ and Λ¯ hyperons in pNe fixed-target collisions at sNN = 68.4 GeV is presented using data collected by the LHCb detector. The polarization is studied using the decay Λ → pπ− together with its charge conj ...

The ratio of production cross-sections of ψ(2S) over J/ψ mesons as a function of charged-particle multiplicity in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy s = 13 TeV is measured with a data sample collected by the LHCb detector, corresponding to ...

A measurement of the CP -violating parameters in

The ratio of branching fractions between B0 → J/ψπ0 and B+ → J/ψK*+ decays is measured with proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb−1. The measured value is (Formula presented.) where ...

The Scattering and Neutrino Detector at the LHC (SND@LHC) started taking data at the beginning of Run 3 of the LHC. The experiment is designed to perform measurements with neutrinos produced in proton-proton collisions at the LHC in an energy range between ...

Momentum measurements for very high momentum charged particles, such as muons from electroweak vector boson decays, are particularly susceptible to charge-dependent curvature biases that arise from misalignments of tracking detectors. Low momentum charged ...

The decays of the χb1(1P), χb2(1P), χb1(2P) and χb2(2P) mesons into the Υ(1S)μ+μ− final state are observed with a high significance using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb−1. ...

The first test of lepton flavor universality between muons and electrons using B+→K+π+π-ℓ+ℓ- (ℓ=e, μ) decays is presented. The measurement is performed with data from proton-proton collisions collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7 ...

The first measurement of the CP asymmetry of the decay rate (A(CP)) and the CP average (Sigma A(FB)) and CP asymmetry (Delta A(FB)) of the forward-backward asymmetry in the muon system of Lambda(+)(c) -> p mu(+) mu(-) decays is reported. The measurement is ...

Charmonium production cross-section in protonpvroton collisions is measured at the centre-of-mass energy root s = 13 TeV using decays to pp final state. The study is performed using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.2 fb(-1) coll ...
