Nonlinearity of dynamic systems plays a key role in neuromorphic computing, which is expected to reduce the ever-increasing power consumption of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications. For spin waves (magnons), nonlinearity combined with ...

Antiferromagnetic spin textures, compared to their ferromagnetic counterparts, innately possess high stability with respect to external disturbance and high-frequency dynamics compatible with ultrafast information processing. However, deterministic creatio ...

The high-density integration in information technology fuels the research on functional 3D nanodevices. Particularly ferromagnets promise multifunctional 3D devices for nonvolatile data storage, high-speed data processing, and non-charge-based logic operat ...

Raw data and Python code for the manuscript "Emergent coherent modes in nonlinear magnonic waveguides detected at ultrahigh frequency resolution". All data files and source code are provided in a zip file. .ipynb file is a python jupyter notebook file whi ...

The spin-orbit field and interfacial exchange field (IEF) are two major interface phenomena, and the detection and manipulation of these fields can enable a variety of nanoscale spintronics devices. Optimizing the IEF, which governs the spin-dependent scat ...

Magnons are the quanta of spin waves and transport angular momenta through magnetically ordered materials. They can be used to distribute and control on-chip GHz signals without charge flow, thereby avoiding Joule heating. Beyond multiplexed signal process ...

The generation of out-of-plane polarized spin current is crucial for efficiently manipulating perpendicularly magnetized systems used in high-density magnetic recording. Here, we demonstrate the generation of out-of-plane polarized spin current at room tem ...
