Expertise Computer Vision, Generative Models, Deep Learning, Computational aesthetics, Diffusion Model Martin Nicolas Everaert is a PhD student in the Image and Visual Representation Lab (IVRL) at EPFL, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sabine Süsstrunk and Dr. Radhakrishna Achanta. He received an MSc degree in Computer Science from EPFL in 2021. Prior to that, he received a Master's degree from CentraleSupélec (Ingénieur diplômé de l'école supérieure d'électricité) in 2021 and a Bachelor's degree in fundamental physics from Université Paris-Sud (Licence mention Physique, parcours Physique Fondamentale) in 2019. His research interests encompass various aspects of computational aesthetics, deep learning, computer vision (scene relighting, depth estimation), and generative models. His most recent work focuses on Text-to-Image and Diffusion models (publications in ICCV 2023, BMVC 2023, and WACV 2024).He served as a reviewer for ICCV 2023 and BMVC 2023. He was awarded a Teaching Assistant Award in 2023 for the class Computational Photography.
