Nicolò Ripamonti

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan (PoliMi). During my master studies, I took part in the double degree program between EPFL and Polimi  in Computational Science and Engineering which I completed with a thesis on Structure-Preserving Model Order Reduction under the supervision of Professor Hesthaven. As part of this program, I have done a six-months internship at Sony EuTEC in Stuttgart, where I worked on Compressive Sensing and Machine Learning applied to signal recovery. Following graduation in 2018, I have joined the MCSS chair as PhD student.
