We present a measurement of the ratio of the (B) over bar (0)(s) meson lifetime, in the flavor-specific decay to D-s(+)pi(-), to that of the (B) over bar (0) meson. The pp collision data used correspond to an integrated luminosity of 1 fb(-1), collected wi ...

A study of prompt Xi(+)(c) production in proton-lead collisions is performed with the LHCb experiment at a centerof-mass energy per nucleon pair of 8.16 TeV in 2016 in pPb and Pbp collisions with an estimated integrated luminosity of approximately 12.5 and ...

The Λb0 → D+D−Λ decay is observed for the first time using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.3 fb−1. Using the B0 → D+D−KS0 decay as a referenc ...

A study of mixing and indirect CP violation in D-0 mesons through the determination of the parameters y(CP) and A(Gamma) is presented. The parameter y(CP) is the deviation from unity of the ratio of effective lifetimes measured in D-0 decays to the CP eige ...

The resonant substructure of B-s(0) -> (D) over bar K-0(-)pi(+) decays is studied with the Dalitz plot analysis technique. The study is based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1) of pp collision data recorded by LHCb. A ...

A measurement of the ratio of the branching fractions of the B+ -> K+mu(+)mu(-) and B+ -> K(+)e(+)e(-) decays is presented using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1), recorded with the LHCb experiment at cen ...

A binned Dalitz plot analysis of B-+/- -> DK +/- decays, with D -> K-0(S)pi(+)pi(-) and D -> (KSK+K-)-K-0 is performed to measure the CP-violating observables x(+/-) and y(+/-) which are sensitive to the CKM angle y. The analysis exploits 1.0 fb(-1) of dat ...

The first observation of the Σ^{+}→pμ^{+}μ^{-} decay is reported with high significance using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb^{-1}, collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. A y ...

The production of prompt Ds+ and D+ mesons is measured by the LHCb experiment in proton-lead (pPb) collisions in both the forward (1.5

The production of , and mesons decaying into the dimuon final state is studied with the LHCb detector using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of collected in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of TeV. The differential ...

A search for the CP-violating strong decays eta -> pi(+)pi(-) and eta ' (958) -> pi(+)pi(-) has been performed using approximately 2.5 x 10(7) events of each of the decays D+ -> pi(+)pi(+)pi(-) and D-s(+) -> pi(+)pi(+)pi(-), recorded by the LHCb experiment ...

The interference between the K+K- S-wave and P-wave amplitudes in B-s(0) -> J/psi K+K- decays with the K+K- pairs in the region around the phi(1020) resonance is used to determine the variation of the difference of the strong phase between these amplitudes ...

A search for the B-s(0) -> D*(+/-) D--/+ decay is performed using proton-proton collision data at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13TeV collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb(-1). The decay is observed with ...

Direct and mixing-induced CP-violating asymmetries in B-s(0) -> K+K- decays are measured for the first time using a data sample of p p collisions, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb(-1), collected with the LHCb detector at a centre-of-mass ...

Measurement of the mixing-induced CP-violating phase phi(s) in (B) over bar (0)(s) decays is of prime importance in probing new physics. Here 7421 +/- 105 signal events from the dominantly CP-odd final state J/psi pi(+)pi(-) are selected in 1 fb(-1) of pp ...

A first search for CP violation in the Cabibbo-suppressed Xi(+)(c) -> pK(-) pi(+) decay is performed using both a binned and an unbinned model-independent technique in the Dalitz plot. The studies are based on a sample of protonproton collision data, corre ...

A study of B-+/- -> J/psi pi(+/-) and B-+/- -> psi(2S)pi(+/-) decays is performed with data corresponding to 0.37 fb(-1) of proton-proton collisions at root s = 7 TeV. Their branching fractions are found to be B(B-+/- -> J/psi pi(+/-)) = (3.88 +/- 0.11 +/- ...

Structure of the decay _ B0s. J=.p_p- is studied using data corresponding to 3 fb- 1 of integrated luminosity from pp collisions produced by the LHC and collected by the LHCb detector. Five interfering p_p- states are required to describe the decay: F-0(98 ...

A measurement of CP violation in the decay B+ -> K+pi(0) is reported using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb- 1 collected with the LHCb experiment at a center-of-mass energy of root s = 13 TeV. The CP asymmetry is measured to be 0.02 ...
