MATH-563: Student seminar in pure mathematics

Summary

The goal of the seminar is to learn the main aspects of de Rham cohomology following the book of Bott-Tu 'Differential Forms in Algebraic Topology'. We will aim to understand the definition of Chern classes of a vector bundle, a fundamental concept in topology, differential and algebraic geometry.

I did my PhD under the supervision of Tamas Hausel at EPFL and the Institue of Science and Technology Austria . From 2017-2019 I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Sorbonne University Paris 6 with François Loeser.
