My background is microelectronics and VLSI design.I now explore emerging devices and systems with the same perspective: are integrated systems possible with new beyond CMOS devices? Shouldn't we conceive new systems thinking out of the box, now that we have so many different, new and unconventional technologies and devices? Nano-computing is outside the comfort zone, and this is my cup of tea.
